TERMS OF USE

The terms of this agreement (“Terms of Service”) govern the relationship between you and Zoundio AB (hereinafter “Zoundio” or “us” or “we”) regarding your use of our software applications, websites, and related services (the “Services”). Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and our privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

These Terms, Privacy Policy, and all policies and guidelines constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Zoundio. The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Zoundio assumes no responsibility for such third-party services and does not endorse the related content, products, or services.

PAYMENTS

You may access parts of the Services for free, while other services require payment of subscription or other fees. If you sign up for a subscription, your account will automatically renew unless canceled. Payment information must be valid, and Zoundio reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials that are part of the Services, including but not limited to graphics, text, images, logos, and software, are owned or licensed by Zoundio and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

You may have opportunities to submit content to the Services. By doing so, you grant Zoundio an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ZOUNDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOUNDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoundio from all claims, damages, and legal fees arising from your use of the Services.

CHANGE OF TERMS

Zoundio reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

TERMINATION

Zoundio may terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall be settled by the District Court of Stockholm, Sweden.
